Barney Ford Museum:
Arielle & KyleWe loved everything about it: their wedding planner, Johnna Patton at Distinctive Mountain Events is the best in the business, their band, Woodshed Red, is one of the most energetic and talented we've seen, and the Barney Ford House is such a quaint spot right in the middle of Breckenridge.
-

Jillian & BradyWhen you love Breck, Breckenridge loves you back. It was clear from the decor alone that skiing and Breckenridge figured prominently in the lives of Jillian and Brady, and in the story of their love.
-
Mt. Princeton Hot Springs:
Tori & TonyA few years back they built a brand new event pavilion, and it is awesome. The walls are all-glass doors, which can fully open to the crisp mountain air if the weather permits. It looks straight up at the chalky-limestone cliffs of Mount Princeton, and I must say, the view is breath-taking.
-
Mountain Thunder Lodge:
Kristen & RussIntimate mountain weddings are a blast. They are usually pretty chill and we get to take photos in some of the most stunning surroundings on Earth (in this case, Breckenridge).
-
Red Rock Ranch:
Rebekkah & GabeNothing has impressed us more than Red Rock Ranch at the top of the world near Westcliffe, CO. It’s not a huge compound, and can only accommodate 50-60 or so guests, but what it may “lack” in terms of capacity it more than makes up for in charm, breathtaking scenery, and fun.
-
Ritz-Carlton Bachelor Gulch:
Kelly & RyanLike all good mountain luxury spots, while it may be The Ritz, there’s still a certain laid-back chill to the place. I think it’s just part of the mountain culture as a whole, at least it was when I was a boy growing up in the high country, skiing my weekends away. I don’t care how fancy you think you are, when you’re in the mountains, you just chill a bit. It’s required.
-
Silverthorne Pavilion:
Lauren & DrewRain ruined the plans for a stunning ourdoor ceremony, but Lauren & Drew's love and the natural beauty of the Silverthorne Pavilion came through and made the day perfect, nonetheless.

Mountain Wedding Venues in Colorado
The best wedding photos can be captured at venues in the Colorado Rocky Mountains
There really is something special about mountain weddings in Colorado. It might be the rarefied air, or the majestic mountain scenery, but weddings in the High Country of Colorado seem more… everything. Wedding venues in Colorado’s High Country have more of a chill vibe, and they all share that same rustic beauty of the Rocky Mountains. We love capturing wedding photographs up here.
Some of our favorite destination wedding venues on the planet are in the mountains. We LOVE photographing weddings anywhere in Breckenridge and Keystone. Other amazing venues like Mt. Princeton Hot Springs, Della Terra in Estes Park, The Stanley Hotel and Deer Creek Valley Ranch are found throughout the High Country. All of them have their own vibe and style, but all of them have that same stunning beauty that makes Colorado such a desirable choice for destination mountain weddings.
We hope our favorite photography we’ve curated from these mountain wedding venues prove that point!
