Wedding Photography at The Lodge at Breckenridge
You don’t have to go far, even on the busiest days of the summer tourist season, to get away from it all in Breckenridge. The Lodge at Breckenridge is just a couple of quick turns up the mountainside outside of Breck and once you are on property you feel a world away from the hubbub of the town below. It’s a perfect wedding venue for that mid-to-large-sized wedding, where all of your guests can stay in the same place and enjoy themselves late into the evening.
The views surrounding the Lodge are worth every penny. What an astounding property, perched high above the town, and with unbroken views of the Ten Mile Range, Boreas Pass, and Hoosier Pass.
Letting loose and feelin’ it: High-Country Style
One of the things I’ve always enjoyed ever since I was a little kid growing up near Breckenridge is how effortlessly mountain ski town can be simultaneously laid-back and chic and stylish. And all the while the beauty takes your breath away. The same can be said about Jordan & Chris’ wedding. While their wedding was clearly stylish and perfectly planned down to the last detail, they also had an infectious energy of joy and laughter that was prevalent throughout their wedding party and family.
And then there is the love. My gosh, the sheer emotion of the day simply swept us away in the beauty of the love shared between Jordan and Chris and their families. I don’t know if we’ve ever seen so many lovely transitions between laughter and tears at a wedding before. We think it made for extraordinary photography, in our humble opinion.
