Angelique & Marcus’ Beautiful & Rowdy Wedding at The Mining Exchange Hotel
Every once in a while all the stars align for what we humbly consider the perfect wedding for Trystan Photography. The key ingredients are:
- An attractive and fun couple who can take the surprises of the day (i.e. weather) in stride.
- A wedding party of close friends devoid of drama and full of love and laughter for the couple.
- A super cool family and parents who love to have fun as much as their kids.
- A gorgeous ceremony location.
- A stunning reception venue.
- Colorado cooperates on the weather.
5 out of 6 ain’t bad!
Sadly, Colorado decided to rain all day, but fortunately Angelique LOVES the rain so she didn’t mind being out in it, which is good because it never really stopped.
Then there’s the reception. We love rowdy, fun receptions, and we’ve seen a number of truly joy-filled blowouts in our career, but this one has to be at least Top 3 rowdiest, if not number 1. It is so much fun to photograph celebrating people, devoid of any cares, and filled with love and laughter. It makes our night fly by.
The Mining Exchange‘s Gold Room is truly a unique wedding venue. It’s remodeled in an Art Deco style, and the multi-level nightclub feel is perfect for a classy-yet-boisterous reception.
