Courtney & Dan’s Wedding at The Pinery at The Hill & The USAFA Cadet Chapel
Is there anything quite as romantic as a beautiful bride and her officer hubby? Maybe we’re partial to spouses in uniform, but we think it is a fantastic look when paired with a stunning wedding gown.
Typically USAFA is pretty windy, but we lucked out this day, and after we captured sun-drenched portraits of the couple at the chapel, we then spent a rowdy and raucous hour partying in the bus with Courtney, Dan and their incredibly fun wedding party. What happens in the bus stays in the bus… well, apart from a few hilarious photos.
The evening wrapped up with a perfect reception at The Pinery. It’s such an elegant venue, and the endless huge windows showing the expanse of Colorado Springs’ downtown at night gives receptions there an even more classy and cosmopolitan feel. And as classy as the wedding truly was, there was no shortage of rambunctious revelry for us to capture all night long.
