An Amazing Winter Wedding at Timber Ridge at Keystone
Some brides dread the thought of snow. Rebecca? Thrilled her. She not only wanted lots, and lots of snow, but she and Mark went out for a skiing post-wedding session with Trig the day after (a first).
Timber Ridge is an incredibly unique venue. Rustic, yet elegant, it exudes high alpine splendor and yet seems to promote a chiller, more relaxed vibe (might be the lack of oxygen at 11,400 ft above sea level).
We had such a blast capturing these wonderful moments in the snow for Rebecca and Mark. I’m not entirely sure how they managed to shut down the whole mountain (Keystone was still open for skiiing, just not on the Outpost… huh…), but the fact that we got to head out for some “tux-and-dress” ski shots the next day was amazing. I’ve been skiiing since I was 3, but I’ve never done it backwards with thousands of dollars of camera equipment, so it was a true adventure for me, too.
