An Engagement Session at South Valley Park in Littleton, CO

This fantastic winter engagement session took place at South Valley Park in Littleton, CO, near Ken Caryl. This perfect little valley is chock-full of all the grandeur of Colorado in one vista: red-rock monoliths, snow capped peaks, and tall-grass plains. It’s a photographer’s dream locale.

The Charm of Colorado Open-Space

The great thing about Colorado open space parks like this is they are rather season-less. Even in the dead of winter, it still looks warm and Autumn-y. We picked the perfect time to photograph the engagement photos because the sun was streaming right over the top of the nearby foothills. It cast such an amazing glow over everything.

But I think the greatest glow was coming off of Dana and Stan, themselves. You could tell they adored each other, and between the quiet, loving moments were the brightest examples of what a fun and loving couple looks like!
